Eric Stark, Artistic Director

Eric Stark became Artistic Director of the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir in 2002, after a two-year national search. Under his leadership, the Choir has experienced an extended period of vigorous growth and artistic excellence that has propelled the organization to a position of national prominence and cultural leadership. His work as conductor, collaborator, manager and fund-raiser has been recognized with numerous invitations to conduct and teach in the US and abroad.

Michael Pettry, Executive Director

Michael Pettry has served as Executive Director of the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir since 2007, leading the Symphonic Choir to notable financial growth and sustainability despite difficult economic conditions. Under his leadership, revenue from individual donors and corporate sponsors has quadrupled, and support from granting organizations has increased in terms of both dollars raised and number of grant-making partnerships.

Stephanie Derybowski, Operations Manager

Stephanie began working with the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir in June of 2007 as Resource Development Assistant after receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Arts Administration from Butler University. After one year, she was promoted to Operations Manager and now handles all facets of organizational operations, as well as various development, special events, finance and marketing needs.

Originally from northeast Arkansas, Michael Davis’ work as a conductor, singer, teacher, and clinician brings an eclectic 30+ years of professional performing experience in genres from bluegrass, jazz, popular, and Western-swing to the standard repertoire of opera, choral, orchestral, and choral-orchestral masterworks.

Kristofer Sanchack, Keyboard Artist
